When does the Annual Meeting start?

Join us at Incredible Mo’s in Grawn starting at 4:00 p.m. on June 15th! Here is the agenda for this year’s event:

  • Event begins at 4:00 p.m.
  • In-person voting available 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Business meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
  • Entertainment including face painting, a magician, and bucket truck rides run from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., along with bowling, arcade games, burgers, brats, and salad inside Incredible Mo’s!

If I haven’t voted in the board election, will I receive a ballot at the Annual Meeting?
Yes, if you didn’t vote online or by mail, you can vote in person at the Annual Meeting from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. prior to the business meeting. A Cherryland employee will give you a ballot when you register and get your tickets. Learn more about the election here!

If I can’t make it to the business meeting, can I still come to the event?
Yes, food and festivities will continue until 8:00 p.m.

I won’t be at the Annual Meeting this year. Is there a way I can still watch the business meeting?
Absolutely! The business meeting will be streamed live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
