How to Pay Your Bill

Online

Login to your SmartHub account by clicking “My Account” at the top of the page (using the email we have on file) and manage your account from home.

Make a payment on-the-go by downloading the SmartHub app on your Android or iOS device.

By Phone

Call our main line at 1 (855) 958-3685 or (231) 486-9200, and use our easy phone prompts to take care of business.

Our automated phone payment system is available 24/7. Day or night, we are available to take a payment.

In Person

We’d love to see you!

Drive up and use our 24-hour bill-pay kiosk, stop in and chat with one of our representatives, or put your payment in an envelope and drop it in the mail. Our office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Auto Pay

Why remember to pay your bill when we can remember for you?

We offer two simple autopay options: bank draft and credit/debit card. Sign up in your online account, using our automated phone system, or in person.

What Is My Rate?

Cherryland residential members are served under our standard residential rate. Cherryland is proposing an increase to the residential energy charge from $0.1310/kWh to $0.1375/kWh, with no change to the monthly availability charge. If approved by Cherryland’s Board of Directors, the new rate would take effect with January 2027 bills. Compare today’s residential rate with the proposed rate for January 2027 below.

The official public meeting will be held on Monday, September 28, at 9 a.m., ahead of the monthly board meeting. Members are welcome to provide public comments to the board during that time.
