Our bylaws provide the framework for our operation and management. In 2016, the Board of Directors will be asking the membership to adopt several revisions to the bylaws. These revisions bring our bylaws into compliance with present laws and clean up the wording in any passages that may have been unclear. To help you better understand the changes that are being proposed, we are providing you with three versions of the bylaws to review:
1. Cherryland’s current bylaws.
2. A “redlined” version showing all suggested changes.
3. A clean copy of the bylaws that will go into effect if approved by the membership at our annual meeting.
