Building A New A Home?
Congratulations! We’ve made it easy for you to estimate the cost of hooking up power to your new home. Just plug in some information on our cost calculator and we’ll let you know roughly what to expect.
All new service projects for residential homes include a $100 connection fee. Additional charges may apply for extra footage, temporary service, obstacles, and winter construction.

Modifying Your Service
If you’re an existing member, but want to add power to your pole barn, upgrade to underground service, or remodel and move your meter – we’re happy to help! These unique projects require a little extra attention and a non-refundable $150 construction deposit that goes toward your project. Call our office at (231) 486-9200 so we can begin your service order.
Commercial & Non-Residential Projects

Stopping Your Service
We’re sad to see you go! Closing your account is pretty painless. Call our office at (231) 486-9200 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. As long as you have a date to end the service and a forwarding address where we can send your last bill, that’s all we need.
