We know it’s hard when the power goes out. We work hard to make sure that doesn’t happen, but when it does you can report your outage and stay up-to-date on service restoration with the tools below.

Check Your Outage Status
We have several ways for you to check the status of your service:

- Interactive outage map

We often use line and pole numbers for updates. If you don’t know your line and pole number, you can find them on your most recent bill.
Interactive Outage Map
Use our outage map to see where outages are occurring, how many members are without power, and when power is estimated to come back on.
Click the menu icon to access options like reporting an outage, viewing the full-screen map, and more.
Outage Text Alerts
Get up-to-date information via text about an outage affecting you, as well as report an outage with a text. We will send you status updates and estimated restoration times as they become available, or you can request them yourself.
