
Melinda Lautner
Melinda Lautner was re-elected in June 2025 to serve a three-year term through 2028.
As a semi-retired farmer, she lives on the 150-year-old family farm now operated by her son. Lautner continues to operate its seasonal farm market, seeding, nurturing, and harvesting the produce.
Lautner studied Business and Horticulture at Northwestern Michigan College.
She serves on the Solon Township Parks and Recreation board, as well as for the Cedar/Maple City Lions Club and the Holy Rosary Church in Isidore.
In her free time, Lautner enjoys gardening, beachcombing, skeet shooting, and hiking their hardwoods with her grandchildren.
