DESCRIPTION:Every June we get together at Incredible Mo’s in Grawn with more than 1\,000 of our fellow co-op members to celebrate the co-op we all love. Come enjoy bowling\, live entertainment\, bucket truck rides\, food\, and arcade games for free. \nIt’s not all fun and games. You will also hear updates about the co-op’s financials\, elect directors to represent you on the board\, and learn more about the co-op you own. After all our business is concluded\, we raffle off a bunch of great prizes. We believe our annual meeting should be as awesome as our co-op. \nOur 2019 Annual Meeting will be held June 20 from 4pm to 8pm. This event is open to all Cherryland members. See you there!

DESCRIPTION:Any qualified Cherryland member can be elected to serve a three-year term on the cooperative’s board of directors. Three directors will be elected at this year’s Annual Meeting\, including two at-large directors and one Benzie/Manistee/Wexford director. \nTo be nominated in 2019\, candidates can file a petition with the cooperative’s administrative assistant starting the first day of March until 4 p.m. on the last business day of March. Nominating petitions are available on our website and at the co-op office in Grawn. \nFor more information regarding board nominations and the election process\, review Article III of the co-op’s bylaws on our website.
