One of the outstanding principles of the cooperative business model is that we are owned and governed by our members.
With that in mind, we as a board have gone through the bylaws and “cleaned up” the wording to clarify any passages that might have been unclear, as well as bring them into compliance with present laws.
We believe there are no major changes to make you aware of, but as your representatives, the board wanted to make the revisions available for your review on our website.
